New Jersey Real Estate License Online Classes Overview
CJREI has been licensed by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance for over 10 years. CJREI is a 501 C 3 Non Profit company with a mission to promote the benefits of homeownership and Real Estate education. Unlike other schools, Instructors are currently top producing agents that have successful, real world experience. Consequently, the course is much more interesting and the rate of passing tests are extremely high for CJREI students.
You can make your own schedule. You can jump in at anytime into a Part time class. You can mix and match! You can take part time classes, full time classes or both! You can complete the class in 2 weeks or 2 months! Complete at your pace. We are licensed and approved by the NJ Real Estate Commission for the 75 hour Real Estate License Course as prescribed by the state. In fact, it is the only class we teach and we teach it better than any other school. We have a very high pass rate. Due to the pandemic, the state is allowing us to have online courses and we do so on the Zoom platform.

CJREI will issue a certificate of completion once you have successfully completed the 75-hour course. Once you have passed the school test and are issued a pass certificate, you will need to do the following:
Once you have the above, you will then be eligible to affiliate with a Real Estate Brokerage. While you are doing the above, you can simultaneously speak with Real Estate Brokerages you may be interested in pursuing.
