CJREI has been licensed by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance for over 10 years. CJREI is a 501 C 3 Non Profit company with a mission to promote the benefits of homeownership, Mortgage Education and Real Estate Education. CJREI provides Free Grant information, counselling and Seminars for first time homebuyers. CJREI is approved by NJ Department of Labor for the Workforce Development program. Unlike other schools, Instructors are currently top producing professionals that have successful, real world experience. Consequently, the courses are much more interesting and the rate of passing tests are extremely high for CJREI students.

Jeffrey Fetzko, Director of School (MSW, ASCW, LSW, ABR, SRES, ePRO)

Jeffrey Fetzko

Its very rare for a Real Estate instructor to have University Teaching experience similar to Jeffrey Fetzko. In addition to be a top producing Real Estate Agent, Jeffrey is passionate about teaching and his students have a very high pass ratio. Jeffrey is a licensed real estate broker with Keller-Williams Cornerstone Realty, A Real estate instructor and Director of the Central Jersey Real Estate Institute in Belle Mead, NJ. He is a member of the Hunterdon Somerset Association of Realtors and serves on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Cornerstone in Belle Mead. Mr. Fetzko was an adjunct professor at the Rutgers University School of Social Work from 1989 to 1993 and holds a Master’s Degree (MSW) and Bachelor’s Degree (BSW) in Social Work from Rutgers University. He is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW) and is a licensed social worker (LSW) in New Jersey. Mr. Fetzko is also a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).


Tim Tyler

Tim was raised in Westfield, NJ, as well as Colorado, Illinois and Pennsylvania. He has degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from Virginia Tech and a masters in history from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he wrote his thesis on the evolution of architecture and community planning from the turn of the 20th century to the development of Levittown, Long Island just after World War II. He has always had a fascination with architecture and design, and a talent for teaching going all the way back to teaching children to swim while in high school. After a career as an auditor and computer programmer in financial services, then in corporate training for an office equipment manufacturer he joined Coldwell Banker University, as an instructional designer, developing training for real estate agents around the world for six years. He then obtained his real estate license to sell real estate and has been a full-time REALTOR® for over five years now.

Wayne Sellers

Wayne has been a top producing real estate for over 25 years. Wayne’s diverse business strategy has played a major role in his successful real estate career. Prior to Real Estate, he worked in marketing and finance for Citibank and Johnson & Johnson. For many years Wayne owned and operated his own real estate brokerage. Wayne’s clients love his attention to detail and his problem solving abilities. In his spare time, Wayne enjoys dancing and teaching Chicago Style “Steppin”.


Rajiv Singh

Raj is the founder and President of CJREI. With nearly 40 years of experience, Raj has intimate knowledge of all aspects of Real Estate. Whether its Lending, Real Estate Brokerage, Title insurance or Technology, Raj knows it all. Closing over 20,000 transactions in his career including structuring complex transactions. He combines real world experience with theoretical knowledge providing students with the knowledge they need to succeed. Currently Raj is launching a an end of life Care Home for Alzheimer’s Patients and one of the largest Aquaponic Farms in the State of New Jersey www.greencarefarms.com He is the Author of the critically acclaimed Workbook, “First Time Home Buyers” and often speaks at Real Estate Seminars. In addition to his Philanthropic endeavors, Raj enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.
