Its very rare for a Real Estate instructor to have University Teaching experience similar to Jeffrey Fetzko. In addition to be a top producing Real Estate Agent, Jeffrey is passionate about teaching and his students have a very high pass ratio. Jeffrey is a licensed real estate broker with Keller-Williams Cornerstone Realty, A Real estate instructor and Director of the Central Jersey Real Estate Institute in Belle Mead, NJ. He is a member of the Hunterdon Somerset Association of Realtors and serves on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Cornerstone in Belle Mead. Mr. Fetzko was an adjunct professor at the Rutgers University School of Social Work from 1989 to 1993 and holds a Master’s Degree (MSW) and Bachelor’s Degree (BSW) in Social Work from Rutgers University. He is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW) and is a licensed social worker (LSW) in New Jersey. Mr. Fetzko is also a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Before getting into the real estate business in 2010, Mia managed a small law practice where she assisted clients with countless sales transactions; from contract to closing. “I have a unique understanding of real estate law and contracting which allows me to work seamlessly with law professionals to identify potential issues in an effort to streamline the closing process.”

She is an active Broker-Associate with Keller Williams Cornerstone Realty, representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis, and considers education – both clients and other real estate agents – an important part of her role as a REALTOR®. Additionally, she spent several years as a member of the Arbitration – Grievance Committee for CORE Association of REALTORS®; where the committee would determine if an assigned case should be referred to a hearing or dismissed.
