For the Real Estate Course:

Once you have passed the school test and are issued a pass certificate, you will need to do the following:

Pass a state test that is administered by PSI. The cost is $45. PSI has many locations statewide. More information can be found at https://candidate.psiexams.com/
Once you have passed the state test, you will be required to get your fingerprints. This done by indentogo and they have many locations in NJ. More information can be found at https://www.identogo.com/locations/new-jersey

Once you have the above, you will then be eligible to affiliate with a Real Estate Brokerage. While you are doing the above, you can simultaneously speak with Real Estate Brokerages you may be interested in pursuing.

If needed, we assist in placement with a Real Estate Brokerage and or Mortgage Lender/Broker.

For the Mortgage Course, if the registered class has not started, we offer a 50% refund. Once the class has started there are no refunds.

For the Real Estate Course, once the book has been sent and the class has not started, we offer a refund of 50%. Once the class has started and if a refund is requested within a week by email, we will refund $100. Sorry, we can not offer refunds a week after the class you registered for has started. We must pay for the book, a 3rd party for the school test(s), the instructor and we incur administrative fees. Please note, most schools do not offer any refunds and our refund policy is very liberal, if not the among the most liberal.
