Real Estate License Course

Our highly successful Real Estate Licensing Class is approved by the State of New Jersey, Department of Banking and Insurance, and meets the prerequisites necessary prior to taking the state-administered exam. CJREI will issue a certificate of completion once you have successfully completed the 75-hour course.

What after completing a 75 Hour Virtual Course & passing the test?

For The Real Estate Course:
Once you have passed the school test and are issued a pass certificate, you will need to do the following:

  • Pass a state test that is administered by PSI. The cost is $45. PSI has many locations statewide. More information can be found at https://candidate.psiexams.com/
  • Once you have passed the state test, you will be required to get your fingerprints. This done by indentogo and they have many locations in NJ. More information can be found at https://www.identogo.com/locations/new-jersey
  • Once you have the above, you will then be eligible to affiliate with a Real Estate Brokerage. While you are doing the above, you can simultaneously speak with Real Estate Brokerages you may be interested in pursuing.

If needed, we assist in placement with a Real Estate Brokerage and or Mortgage Lender/Broker.

Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) License Course

Our MLO Licensing Class is approved by the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) and meets the prerequisites necessary. CJREI will issue a certificate of completion once you have successfully completed the 24-hour course.

+ Apply for an NMLS account and ID number. This will be your permanent ID with NMLS.

Refund Policy

For the Mortgage Course, if the registered class has not started, we offer a 50% refund. Once the class has started there are no refunds.

For the Real Estate Course, once the book has been sent and the class has not started, we offer a refund of 50%. Once the class has started and if a refund is requested within a week by email, we will refund $100. Sorry, we can not offer refunds a week after the class you registered for has started. We must pay for the book, a 3rd party for the school test(s), the instructor and we incur administrative fees. Please note, most schools do not offer any refunds and our refund policy is very liberal, if not the among the most liberal.

Course Cancelation Policy: If a course is cancelled in its entirety, each student will be offered a full refund or options to attend a future class.

Privacy Policy: At CJREI, your privacy is an utmost priority. CJREI will NEVER sell your personal information to any company. Your payment information is NEVER stored by CJREI.
